2nd edition of EVangelise 2022
Grand finale of India’s largest EV innovation challenge - EVangelise’22 on December 19 and 20, at the iCreate campus, Ahmedabad.
The EVangelise’22 on-ground bootcamp that concluded recently saw 40 shortlisted innovators across India showcasing their solutions to real world challenges in the EV industry in the areas of battery safety and EV infrastructure. Notably, EVangelise ‘22 received over 1100+ applications from 23 states and UTs, a 38% rise from the previous year.
Having gone through intense one-on-one mentoring and technological review of their prototypes, 20 out of the 40 innovators ( TRL > 4 and TRL <4 ) paved their way to rigorous testing and development ahead of the final pitching round in the finale, to be held on December 19 and 20, 2022.
- The grand finale will be a one of its kind EV innovation showcase that brings every stakeholder that has the potential to transform India’s EV industry - the government, innovators, industry, institutions and government bodies
- Top three winners will receive cash awards of INR 10 lakh, INR 7.5 lakh, and INR 5 lakh respectively along with up to INR 1.5 crore in incubation support. Also, three selected teams in each category will receive consolation prizes of INR 3 lakh
- The event will also feature keynote addresses by industry experts, and probing panel discussions alongside a Startup Expo showcasing breakthrough innovations
