Description
Job purpose
- Wiring Harness drawings design/modify and validate electrical harness of EV’s, Charging station & Battery Packs
- Design/Modify Wiring Harness 2D and 3 D drawings
Role / Job Description
- Understand the design requirement
- Preparing schematics (2D drawing), Release process, validate, test proto samples and freeze design
- Co-ordinating and working on prototyping to meet customer deadlines
- Preparing documents independently like DRD, DFMEA, 2D Drawings, 3D drawings, 8D Reports, SOR, Electrical Schematics, Supplier Wiring harness drawings … etc.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues & wiring harness issues and resolve independently.
- Wiring harness component selection, Design as per the standards and Drawing releases as per the company norms.
- Coordination with all departments internally to close issue
- Physical electrical wiring Harness verification for first samples, Vendor development support &
Part Quality inspection at supplier ends.
- Electrical components testing as per the standards.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Should be fluent in Verbal and written communication
- Expert MS Office – MS Word & MS Excel
- Software Skills: Expert in Pro Cabling and Auto Cad
- Wiring harness relevant experience Min.3 Years.
- Good communication skill.
- Planning and Research skills.
- Electrical/Electronic Graduate/Diploma
Prefered Skills
Requirements- Others
- Must have exposure in Electrical Vehicle
- Must have worked on vehicle harness design
- Should be able to work on electrical circuit design independently with lesser supervision
- Willing to travel
- Flexible with urgent requirements
