Brief about Job
You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute & manage the marketing plan based on agreed road map that will drive business over a 6 to 18 months rolling window
- The purpose of this role is to achieve the exports sales and revenue targets as well as growth of the business Marketing
- Accountable for ensuring effective implementation of the agreed marketing plan utilizing the resources available and within corporate guidelines
- Keep a close track of market developments and consumer trends- Track the movements of competitors
- products, promotion, pricing, communication, positioning Business Development
- Create strategy for new customer acquisition- Plan and formulate a cost-efficient budget for the sales operations function
- To check and monitor the existing international market conditions and leads to develop marketing strategies, Product & Service strategies to help the company in increasing order intake and increase Profit margins
- Closing new business deals by coordinating customer requirements; developing and negotiation
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Customer Relation Management- Create strategies for maintaining customer relation
- Working with top management & playing key role in setting, targeting and achieving Company’s short term and long term goals, road map and vision
- Ensure maintenance of excellent customer relations, having experience in sales & marketing of Lithium Ion batteries. Should be technically sound to do application engineering for clients.
- Involve with customer technical team from Manufacturing, Design & Engineering Department, Concerned Decision makers to know the customer technical needs.
Qualifications
To qualify for the role you must have –
- Required Education and Experience Diploma / Degree in Electronics Technology
- Experience : 9- 10+years work Experience
- Experience managing application engineering and business development with Customers for Energy Storage in EV and Storage Application
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Headed a team or Part of Team as a senior member of developing a Cleantech Product and/or platform based on cutting edge future technologies
- Knowledge of Global Cleantech technologies and regulatory issues/compliance
- Working experience with Solar Homelight , Solar Street light and Battery pack product
