Job Description
We are looking to fill the position of an Analyst – Energy Storage Technologies who will be responsible for helping our clients with designing of low and medium Li ion battery packs, set up manufacturing and testing facilities.
Role and responsibilities
· Performance evaluation of different cells from different suppliers
· Evaluate different battery pack designs for customers
· Convert client requirement into battery pack design
· Develop battery pack drawings on CREO or similar tools
· Develop test plans for performance evaluation of cells, BMS and battery packs
· Develop prototype from conceptualization stage
· Develop manufacturing plan as per the required design of the battery packs
· Evaluate thermal stability of designs and prototypes
Qualifications
· BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics is preferred
· Min 2 years’ experience in Battery pack manufacturing, development, R&D
Prefered Skills
· Experience in developing battery packs preferably for 2W and Stationary applications
· Experience of working on design software
· Battery pack testing
· Attention to detail is essential
· The candidate should have excellent planning and time management skills
· The candidate must possess a scientific bent of mind and excellent analytical skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for discussion with other team members as well as with clients.
Instrumentation skills:
· Battery testing (Neware, Ador, etc.)
· Designing (CREO, CAD, etc.)
