International Battery Science and Engineering Conference (IBSEC)-2024
The energy sector is undergoing unparalleled disruption globally. Energy storage, undeniably, stands out as one of the rapidly advancing domains due to the growing demand for electric vehicles and the increasing necessity of energy storage solutions to integrate more renewable energy into the grid. These factors serve as compelling drivers for the evolution of inventive battery chemistries and technologies. In support of this, the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) is hosting the first International Battery Science and Engineering Conference (IBSEC) 2024, to unite academicians, research scholars, scientists, students, and inventors for the exploration and presentation of state-of-the-art research in the field of battery science and engineering.
With the primary objective of promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration, IBSEC serves as a platform to highlight ongoing research trends driving innovation in battery technologies globally. The conference aims to facilitate interdisciplinary interactions and provide a unique space for participants to delve into the latest advancements in battery chemistry, materials, design, manufacturing, and characterization.
IBSEC invites researchers, academicians, students, scientists, industrial R&D professionals, and inventors to submit research papers aligned with the five conference themes. The conference includes various activities such as paper presentations, panel discussions, poster presentations, and networking opportunities. To recognize outstanding research, IBSEC will confer awards across five distinct categories. Following the conference, accepted papers will be published in the journal, further contributing to the dissemination of groundbreaking research in the field.
